Job Description:
Operations Manager role focuses on effective and successful management of projects. Is responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion. This role is responsible for co-ordination of projects with both suppliers and customers and managing daily operational and administrative duties in office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand and learn all aspects of EESA’s capability and product portfolio, product fit in different industry environments and the problems it solves.
- Manage technical, quality, internal sales, project co-ordination staff and back office support staff in quote generation and project execution.
- Pro-active co-ordination with supplier, freight, logistics and customer to ensure project and delivery schedules are on time and at cost.
- Working with inhouse and back-office support staff in submission of documents for successful submission of tender and quote.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing in submission of quotes and tenders on time.
- Manage relationship with key clients and suppliers.
- Work closely with accounts team in review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment.
- Work closely with management team to set and /or implement policies, procedures, and systems to carry out all operations in an appropriate and cost-effective way.
- Examine financial data and use them to improve productivity.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
- Understanding legal and regulatory requirements.
- Pro-actively, communicate and address customer complaints and issues to management, lead the resolving of customer complaints and issues internally. Close the loop and effectively communicate resolution with customers.
- Provide fortnightly/ monthly/ Quarterly operational reports to line manager on a pro-active basis.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualified, preferably with a business administration, operations management, or accounting background.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in managing small or medium size business preferably in service or wholesale distribution industry.
- Self- motivated and driven individual with outstanding organisational skills.
- Should be a leader everyone wants to work with.
- Possess very strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively over the telephone, face to face and in writing with people at various levels of an organization. And build stable and effective working relationships.
- A person with can do attitude and task driven.
- Ability to work after hours and attend/make phone calls to factory team after office hours.
- Should possess excellent planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.

Job Description:
Sales Representative’s role is to focus on new business development, leveraging EESA’s capabilities in design, manufacture, and supply of cables within the target industry sectors, selling power cables to, prospective clients. The role will also manage some existing key customer relationships with the objective of increasing our share of wallet with these customers and growing sales. This role will be well supported by our highly experienced team in back office, operations, technical and sales management functions. Sales Representative is expected to on the road 60-70% of the time, meeting and engaging prospects and customers locally in Victoria and interstate. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand and learn all aspects of EESA’s capability and product portfolio, product fit in different industry environments and the problems it solves.
- Develop and customise compelling sales presentations to link the features/benefits associated with EESA’s product and service with the prospects/customers’ needs and expectations.
- Utilise EESA’s, internal projects intelligence in-concert with external resources to qualify, develop, manage, and close sales opportunities across multitude of projects in the target sectors.
- Work pro-actively with a focussed sales activity plan comprising a mix of new business prospects and existing customer engagements /activities.
- Maintain and update all prospect and customers sales activity and information in CRM (Customer relationship Management) system. Provide monthly fortnightly/ monthly/ Quarterly sales reports to line manager on a pro-active basis.
- Provide excellent customers service and support to EESA’s prospects and customers. Pro-actively, communicate and address customer complaints and issues to management, lead the resolving of customer complaints and issues internally.
- Engage and work collaboratively with technical, back office and operations support teams to deliver solutions and at the same time identify areas where EESA can improve, in terms of customer service, products, solutions and/or support.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualified (preferably).
- Cold calling and ability to pro-actively engage with prospects and customers across different sectors and stakeholders within their organization to understand their needs and expectations.
- Use persuasion, influencing and negotiation skills to close projects sales to achieve sales goals (KPI’s) and sales quota on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales in selling electrical products to customers within the target industry sectors with a good track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets would be desirable.
- Self-motivated and driven individual that possess very strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively over the telephone, face to face and in writing with people at various levels of an organization.
- Able to build trusting and effective working relationships.
- Able to manage own time, workload with little to no supervision and possess a valid driver’s licence.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
